Johnny's Pizza ****

"Johnny's Pizza" is Located on Lincoln ave. in Mount Vernon. Do not go if you are looking for a Slice because they only serve Pizza by the Pie. Johnny's has very limited parking and it is extremely frustrating and hard to find parking in the neighborhood. Why go to "Johnny's Pizza"? it is arguably one of the best Pizzas in the state. It is a Thin Crust Pizza with the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Johnny's can be Noisy,Crowded and Slow but the Pizza definitely makes up for it. "Johnny's Pizza" gets 4 Stars for taste and food quality.

Leno's Clam Bar ( Greasy Nick's) **

"Leno's Clam Bar" is Located in New Rochelle. Originally owned by Jay Leno's Uncle Nick who was rumored to be a very "sloppy guy" people began to give him the nickname "Greasy Nick." Nick's little snack bar became quite famous amongst Westchester residents who still to this day call the Restaurant "Greasy Nicks's." "Leno's Clam Bar" has mostly outside seating and is more like a Beach Snack Bar then a restaurant . The burgers are what made them famous. They are Greasy burgers on a deli roll with fried onions. Residents who frequent "Greasy Nick's" are usually there for a burger or corn on the cob that is served drowned in butter. I enjoy eating at "Leno's Clam Bar" on a nice breezy spring day when I can sit outside and enjoy a Greasy Burger. "Leno's Clam Bar" is a snack bar and although famed and frequented it is nothing special for that reason I am giving them 2 Stars **

Spice Village****

"Spice Village" is an Authentic Indian restaurant located in Tuckahoe right across from the Post Office. "Spice Village" Offers a Quiet and Exotic atmosphere where the Waiters are eager to serve you. If you order the Chicken Tikka Masala with an order of Garlic Naan Bread you will not be disappointed. I love "Spice Village" and I am giving them 4 Stars ****

Augie's ***

"Augies" is a Family style Italian restaurant located on Boston post rd. in Larchmont. The Atmosphere is a little noisy but the staff is attentive and friendly. On some nights there is an Accordion Player. It can be slightly annoying but he plays requests and he also is a very friendly guy. One Plate is more than enough for 2 people. "Augies" truly is a Family style Italian Restaurant . On Wednesdays and Fridays they have a special ... unlimited draft beer, house wine or soda with your meal.(Must order one entrĂ©e for every two people at your table) I really enjoy this special and you can find me at "Augies" at least once a month. As for the food .... It is nothing special but it is good. "Augies" gets 3 Stars***

Spiga*****

"Spiga" on Central ave. in Scarsdale is a great Italian restaurant with a calming and beautiful atmosphere. The food is delightful and the service is great. I highly recommend "Spiga" if you are going on a Date or looking for nice quiet romantic evening. The house Wine is a Chianti  "Ruffino" Which happens to be my favorite Wine. I have only one complaint . My complaint is that there are way to many Bus Boys and Waiters on the floor. It seems as though they are always standing around bored and usually right by your table. "Spiga" Gets my highest rating though of 5 Stars *****.

The Waterfront (New Rochelle)***

"The Waterfront" in New Rochelle is a Pub/Restaurant with mostly seafood and fried goodies. They have a great French onion soup and the atmosphere is a little noisy and dark. Everyone that I go there with loves it, but they agree on the following...If you need your Waiter/Waitress in a hurry you are out of luck they usually can not be found or they are at the Bar chatting with customers(very unprofessional in my opinion.). The food in my opinion is too greasy and usually leaves me with a stomach ache. "The Waterfront" gets 3 Stars*** from me.

Pelham Pizza ***

"Pelham Pizza" is a place where almost all Pelham residents go for a slice. The atmosphere is a little noisy and the guys who work there put on a show. The food is inexpensive and of good quality and taste. A glass of wine is cheap and so is a soda. The Pizza is a little above average in taste but "nothing to write home about." However I think they have the best Spinach slice I have ever had in my life. "Pelham Pizza" gets 3 Stars ***

Bentley's Cafe ****

"Bentley's Cafe" is a great little Cafe located near the Train Station in Tuckahoe. They have good food and Fast and Extremely Friendly Service . The 2 Waitress' that work there are both kind and personable. The owner is a friendly guy who is always there to greet you. "Bentley's Cafe" is the perfect place to go for Breakfast or Lunch. I highly recommend "Victors Special" its a chili and cheese omelet served with home fries. The only complaint I have is that I wish they were opened on Sundays! I give "Bentley's Cafe" 4 stars ****

Main Street Cafe *

Another little Dive in Tuckahoe is the "Main Street Cafe." While the waitresses that work there look like they are out of a punk rock music video they are very Friendly and Polite . The Food is of low quality and  if you order Coffee it is not bottomless! I have been there a couple of times since I have moved to tuckahoe and it is definitely my last choice. I once went with my father there for lunch and ordered a Grilled Cheese. When I got my order it was two pieces of burnt toast with unmelted american cheese inside. The kitchen is slower then any other place I have been and my coffee cup is usually dirty. I am giving the "Main Street Cafe" my lowest Rating of 0 stars. Go up 2 blocks to "Bentleys".

The Burrito Poblano *****

I moved to Tuckahoe about a year ago and right up the street there is a little mexican restaurant named "The Burrito Poblano."  It is a tiny little place With some of the greatest Mexican food I have ever tasted in my life. The atomosphsphere is "Quaint and Calming." Service is fast and friendly and if your in the mood for a taco or a burrito skip Taco Bell and head on over to Tuckahoe. For a slightly higher price you can get better quality and better tasting tacos and burritos. The burritos are around six bucks and just one could fill even the biggest belly. I highly recommend them and I am giving "The Burrito Poblano" Five Stars! *****
